In Mykolaiv, it is planned to dismantle 13 houses destroyed by the occupiers

The Mykolaiv City Council has agreed on a list of residential buildings damaged or destroyed as a result of the occupier's aggression. It is recommended to dismantle them: partially or completely.

The relevant draft decision is to be considered by the deputies at the executive committee on October 22.

It is added that the decision will be made on the basis of the conclusions of the regional commission on technogenic and ecological safety and emergencies, which held extraordinary meetings on August 7, September 22, and October 8, 2025.

In particular, an expert from the Housing and Utility Commission of Mykolaiv City Council issued a conclusion on the need to completely dismantle the building at 31/11 9a Slobidska Street (Marshal Vasilevsky Street). At the same time, the building at this address is part of a residential apartment building.

Earlier, Intent wrote that the dismantling of the emergency entrance of a five-story building in the Ingul district of Mykolaiv, at 87, 4th Pozdolnaya Street, could cost more than <b>4.5 million hryvnias</b>.

The customer is the Department of Housing and Communal Services of Mykolaiv City Council. The total amount of the works is <b>UAH 4,574,199</b>, and their duration is two months, until December 1, 2025. According to the scheme provided, the complete dismantling, including apartments and stairwells, will be carried out down to the foundation.

According to the technical documentation, building materials such as wood, metal, ceramics and glass will be sorted for further disposal or reuse.
