Mykolaiv plans to dismantle emergency entrance for 4 million

Dismantling the emergency entrance of a five-story building in Mykolaiv's Ingul district, at 87 Pozdolnaya Street, may cost more than <b>UAH 4.5 million</b>.

This is evidenced by data from the ProZorro public procurement system.

The customer is the Department of Housing and Communal Services of Mykolaiv City Council. The total amount of the works is <b>UAH 4,574,199</b>, and their duration is two months, until December 1, 2025. According to the scheme provided, the complete dismantling, including apartments and stairwells, will be carried out down to the very foundation.

The work will be carried out in several stages. First, the contractor will fence off the area, install warning signs and remove property from the damaged apartments. Next, the contractor will dismantle external elements (windows, doors) and disconnect utilities. The main stage will involve dismantling walls, stairs, slabs and balconies element by element. After the work is completed, the area will be cleaned up.

According to the technical documentation, construction materials such as wood, metal, ceramics and glass will be sorted for further disposal or reuse.

UAH 20 million has been allocated to restore a house in Mykolaiv that was destroyed by shelling. The Department of Housing and Utilities of Mykolaiv City Council has announced an open tender for the overhaul of a residential building on Yevhenia Loginova Street. The works are part of the measures to restore the housing stock damaged as a result of Russia's armed aggression against Ukraine.

The expected cost of the repair is over UAH 20 million. The selected contractor must complete the work by December 15, 2025. Bids will be accepted until June 14, 2025. The bidding is scheduled for June 16. The minimum price reduction step for bidders is 1% of the expected purchase amount, i.e. UAH 204,351. The customer of the works is the Department of Housing and Communal Services of Mykolaiv City Council.
