Another tender has been announced in Mykolaiv for the repair of a multi-storey building that was damaged by a rocket attack in 2022. An additional UAH 13.5 million will be spent on the work.

The information was published on the electronic procurement portal Prozorro.

It is a residential building at 8A Samoilovycha Street in the Korabelnyi district of Mykolaiv.

According to the open auction, the tender was announced by the Department of Housing and Communal Services of Mykolaiv City Council. It should be noted that this is an additional procurement for the overhaul of a residential building that was affected by the Russian Federation.

Last year, a similar tender was already held and UAH 15 million was allocated, but these funds were not enough. Then the tender was awarded without an auction to the Mykolaiv-based company City-Stars.

This time, the amount of work was estimated at UAH 13 million 535 thousand.

According to the new tender, the contractor is to install a PVC membrane roof, replace windows and doors, restore balconies (including concrete slabs, handrails, and wall decoration), and renovate entrances - plaster, putty, and paint.

It is also planned to lay tiles on the floor and stairs, install lighting, electrical panels, wiring, grounding, and install a lightning protection system.

Applications will be accepted until August 4, and the next day an auction will be held in the format of an open bidding with special features that provide for reduced deadlines for submitting applications and appealing. The works must be completed by December 15, 2025.

As a reminder, on the night of October 23, 2022, Russian troops launched a missile attack on a high-rise building. Two S-300 missiles hit nearby residential buildings. Five people were injured in the shelling: three were hospitalized and two were treated on the spot.
