In Kherson region, war criminals from the Russian army killed one person and wounded another

War criminals from the Russian army continue to shell civilians in Beryslav and Kherson districts with artillery, mortars, tanks, multiple rocket launchers and UAVs. One person was killed and another wounded as a result of Russian aggression.

According to law enforcement officials, on August 31, Kherson, Sadove, Antonivka, Prydniprovske, Ponyativka, Velytenske, Kizomys, Beryslav, Novoraysk, Novoberislav, Burgunka, Mykhailivka, Novokaira, Shlyakhove were under enemy fire. As a result of the shelling, the police recorded damage to six objects: three private houses, two cars, one of which was a police car, and an outbuilding.

At dawn, Russians fired artillery at the Korabelny district of Kherson. Two private houses and an outbuilding were damaged, and a fire broke out. The occupants fired artillery, mortars and dropped UAVs all over the coastal area, as well as in the suburbs of Antonivka and Sadove, fortunately, there were no casualties.

In the morning, the Russian military struck Kizomys with multiple launch rocket systems. In the afternoon, the enemy dropped an explosive device from a drone on a police car. As a result of the attack, the vehicle was damaged, and local residents and police officers were fortunately unharmed. The Russians also shelled Veletynske with artillery, damaging a private house. A civilian car in Poniativka was damaged as a result of an explosive dropped from a drone.

Beryslav was also attacked by Russian drones. In the morning, a 64-year-old man who was on the street at the time of arrival sustained life-threatening injuries as a result of a drone explosive drop. An hour later, the occupants dropped another explosive from a UAV in the city center. As a result of the explosion, a 40-year-old local resident was injured. He was diagnosed with mine-blast trauma and contusion.

The occupants carried out a combined tank and artillery attack, as well as attacked Novoberislav with drones, and local residents were not injured. Police investigative teams, rescuers and medics were working at the sites of the enemy attacks, collecting material evidence, documenting and eliminating the consequences of the shelling, and providing assistance to the victims.
