In the temporarily occupied village of Dudchyne, located in the Kherson region, cases of forced eviction of local residents from their private homes have been recorded.

This was reported by agents of the Atesh movement of Ukrainians and Crimean Tatars. According to them, the occupiers do not even allow the villagers to collect their personal belongings and do not provide other housing.

These unlawful actions are reportedly carried out by Russian soldiers from the 227th Artillery Brigade, who are forcing people to leave their homes by using pressure and threats.

Units of Russian soldiers are illegally occupying these homes. After the eviction, the occupiers do not allow the owners to access their property. Cases of looting have also been recorded: the seized property is used for the military's own needs, while the occupiers do not respond to complaints and attempts to regain access to housing.

Earlier, in the occupied Crimea, the journalist was served with a warning for the second time about violating the laws of the Russian Federation. They concern mass events and "extremism". On November 2, in Dzhankoy, police officers came to the home of journalist and human rights activist Lutfiye Zudiyeva and handed her a second warning "about the inadmissibility of violating the law". She received the first warning on October 18.

According to Zudiyeva, two policemen, who introduced themselves as officers of the Dzhankoy department of the Russian Interior Ministry, explained that the document was handed over "to hold a conversation and prevent violations of the law". The document referred to liability for violating federal laws on extremist activities and mass events.

The occupation police reminded of administrative and criminal articles, in particular, on organizing mass gatherings, propaganda of prohibited symbols,"discrediting" the Russian armed forces and dissemination of "extremist" materials.
