Hundreds of thousands in foreign currency and a car rental: what the declaration of the head of Mykolaiv regional executive committee Kim revealed

The head of the Mykolaiv Regional Military Administration , Vitaliy Kim, has released his annual declaration for 2025. In the document, he listed real estate in Mykolaiv, cars, his wife's business, and an expensive watch.

In the document, Kim listed his family members - his wife Yulia, two daughters Yevhenia and Oleksandra, and son Ruslan.

In particular, he owns an apartment of 115.7 square meters, which he purchased in 2018. At the time of purchase, its declared value was 50 thousand hryvnias.

He purchased another apartment of 49.1 square meters in 2019, which was also listed at UAH 50 thousand.

In 2020, Kim became the owner of several other properties. Among them are non-residential premises with an area of 293.6 square meters and several apartments. Two of them have an area of 84.1 square meters each, another 73.4 square meters, and another 57.9 square meters.

The 57.9-square-meter apartment is registered in the name of his wife, Yulia Kim.

The declaration also states that the official's wife owns an expensive Hublot watch. It is a Classic Fusion Bracelet Titanium Light Blue model purchased in 2022 for UAH 438,720.

Vitalii Kim himself owns a 2015 Mercedes-Benz E200, which he purchased in 2018 for UAH 149 thousand.

In addition, in 2025, the official started using a Volkswagen Touareg R-Line Platinum 3.0 V6 TDI made in 2024. The car is leased, and its owner is S-Rostok. The declared value of the car is UAH 3 million 327 thousand 880.

According to the YpuControl analytical system, the company was registered in the village of Ivanivka, Mykolaiv region, in 2007. The main activity is growing vegetables and melons, not car rental. They do not have such an activity as car rental at all. The owners are Kateryna Vasylieva, Jamshed and Rustamjan Sadridinov.

According to the registry, Kateryna Vasylieva heads several companies owned by Serhii Kantor, a deputy of the Mykolaiv City Council from the Nash Krai party. Rustamdzhan and Dzhamshed Sadridinov are brothers of Takhir Sadridinov, a member of the Mykolaiv regional council from the same party.

The wife of the DEC chairman owns corporate rights in two companies. She owns a 100% stake in Duet-Plus LLC with an authorized capital of UAH 600 thousand. She also fully owns Media Group, where her share in the authorized capital is estimated at UAH 240 thousand. Both companies are registered in Mykolaiv, and Yulia Kim is their ultimate owner.

According to the declaration, in 2025, Vitalii Kim received UAH 2 million 137 thousand 858 in salary from the Mykolaiv Regional State Administration. He also declared UAH 468 thousand of rental income.

The income of the official's wife was higher. The largest amount was income from entrepreneurial activity - UAH 3 million 481 thousand 91. In addition, she received UAH 100,984 in salary from the company "Myslyvets Mykolaiv".

She also declared UAH 488 thousand 980 of income from the sale of movable property and UAH 260 thousand 629 of insurance payments.

The declaration also includes the family's cash savings. In particular, Vitalii Kim keeps 67 thousand US dollars and 2 million 120 thousand hryvnias in cash. He has 408 thousand hryvnias in his bank accounts at PrivatBank and 74 thousand euros at Banco Santander.

His wife declared 28 thousand 550 dollars in cash, as well as more than 6 million hryvnias. Her bank accounts contain 68 thousand 398 euros in Banco Santander, 487 thousand 780 hryvnias in VST Bank, and 3 thousand 154 euros in PrivatBank.

No securities, construction in progress or other assets are listed in the declaration.

Last year, the CPR wrote that in 2024, Vitalii Kim declared UAH 1.7 million in income, which is about 400 thousand more than a year earlier. At the same time, a new item appeared in the declaration - the sale of cryptocurrency: Yulia Kim declared the sale of digital assets worth UAH 1.9 million.
