Almost 350 square meters of housing, an apartment in Odesa and dozens of meters of non-residential real estate - this is the property portfolio of one of the heads of medical institutions in Kherson. At the same time, some of his colleagues' real estate remains in the temporarily occupied territories.

The Centerfor Public Investigations, together with Intent, analyzed the financial reports of the heads of city medical institutions for 2025.

Among the heads of medical institutions in Kherson, Dmytro Domanskyi declared the largest real estate portfolio. The total area of his family's residential properties is 344 square meters. The official himself owns a 115-square-meter house and an 82-square-meter apartment in Odesa.

His wife , Natalia Tiutiunyk, declared two more households of 101 and 45 square meters. Almost all of this real estate is located in the Kherson city community, although the exact addresses are not specified in the declaration.

In addition to housing, Domansky has a significant amount of non-residential real estate. He owns premises of 98 square meters in Kherson and 92 square meters in Odesa. The family also owns a garage and several small properties in Bilozerka and the Kherson community.

Yevhen Hnylytskyi is the second largest owner of residential real estate. He declared a 63-square-meter apartment in Nova Kakhovka, which is jointly owned, and an 80-square-meter house in Tavriysk. The total area of the housing is 143 square meters. At the same time, both settlements are currently under Russian occupation.

Hanna Hostieva declared a 60-square-meter house in Kherson, which is jointly owned with her husband. Acting CEO Viktor Kolisnyk owns a 54-square-meter house in Kherson.

Andriy Fedotov declared the most modest residential assets among the above-mentioned executives. The documents indicate only his wife's 26-square-meter house in Kakhovka. This city is also located on the temporarily occupied territory of Kherson region.

Thus, the real estate of at least two heads of medical institutions - Yevhen Hnylytskyi and Andrii Fedotov - is located in the occupied territories, which makes it virtually impossible to use it in full.

As for land assets, Dmytro Domanskyi declared land plots with a total area of 0.18 hectares in the Kherson city community. In addition, his wife owns another plot of 1,066 square meters. Yevhen Hnylytskyi declared a 0.05-hectare land plot in Tavriysk, which is also located in the temporarily occupied territory.

In addition, five heads of municipal medical institutions in Kherson declared a total of UAH 4.57 million in savings. The analysis of the declarations showed a characteristic trend: four out of five heads of medical institutions keep part or all of their savings in foreign currency - US dollars and euros, which may indicate a desire to protect their savings from inflationary risks.
