The heads of medical institutions in Mykolaiv have published their declarations for 2025, which showed a significant difference in the amount of real estate. The head of one of the primary health care centers declared the largest amount of living space, while some managers own only small apartments.

The Centerfor Public Investigations, together with Intent, analyzed the declarations of 14 heads of medical institutions in Mykolaiv for 2025.

The amount of real estate owned by the officials varies significantly - from a small apartment to a spacious private house with a large plot of land.

The largest living space was declared by the acting director of the Primary Health Care Center No. 4, Serhii Motuz. He owns a 298-square-meter house in Mykolaiv. His mother, Liudmyla, also has the right to use the house and the adjacent land plot of more than a thousand square meters.

Among the heads of hospitals, Maria Gracheva, director of City Hospital No. 1, owns one of the largest residential properties. She and her husband jointly own a 197-square-meter house in Mykolaiv.

The acting head of Primary Health Care Center No. 6, Tetiana Hanusovska, declared a total of 160 square meters of housing. This property includes two apartments in Mykolaiv and a garden house in the village of Kyriakivka. In addition, she was the only one among the analyzed managers who indicated non-residential real estate in her declaration - a garage of 18 square meters.

Olena Terentieva, head of City Hospital No. 5, owns two apartments in Mykolaiv and a house in Bilozirka. The total area of her housing is almost 159 square meters. Almost the same amount - 158 square meters - was declared by Yuriy Dyachuk, director of the city emergency hospital, who owns a house and his wife owns an apartment.

Among other managers, the largest living space is owned by Lesia Mazepa, director of the Primary Health Care Center No. 3, with 139 square meters, and Oleh Ishchenko, director of the Maternity Hospital No. 3, with 134 square meters of real estate.
