The deputies of the Mykolaiv region declared thousands of square meters of residential real estate, ranging from dozens of apartments in Mykolaiv to homes in Austria, Poland, and Germany. In total, the five leaders own or use 60 properties with an area of more than 6,800 square meters.
The Centerfor Public Investigations and Intent analyzed the declarations of 48 MPs for 2025.
The largest amount of residential real estate among the MPs was declared by Dmytro Ivanov. The documents indicate 25 properties with a total area of 2,737 square meters, but all the property is registered to his wife Olena Ivanova. These include 24 apartments in Mykolaiv ranging from 61 to 179 square meters, as well as a house in the village of Ternuvate, Mykolaiv district. The MP himself is not listed in the section of residential real estate.
The second place was taken by Vladyslav Chaika, who declared 1,437 square meters of housing in 15 properties. Most of the real estate belongs to him personally, including a 666-square-meter house. The MP also has shares in twelve apartments together with Oleksiy Pelipas. Part of the housing is registered to Iryna Bergman, whom the MP indicated as a person with whom he lives without official marriage.
The third in the ranking is Serhiy Kantor with over a thousand square meters of residential real estate. The MP owns two houses in Mykolaiv, and two more apartments belong to his wife Natalia Kantor.
The top five also includes Tetiana Dombrovska, who declared nine properties with a total area of 818 square meters. Some of the apartments and the house are jointly owned with her son.
Mykola Kapatsyna took the fifth position with 730 square meters of housing. The MP owns houses and apartments in Odesa and Mykolaiv, and his family owns real estate in Kyiv. The declaration also includes a rented apartment in Austria.
Five MPs declared foreign housing. The properties include apartments and rooms in Bulgaria, Poland, Germany, Austria, and the United Kingdom. Some of the properties are owned, while others are rented or used by family members.
In total, the top 5 deputies declared 6,819 square meters of residential real estate in 60 different properties.
The deputies of the Mykolaiv City Council also declared almost half a billion hryvnias in savings for 2025. They keep most of these funds in cash, and hundreds of millions more in loans to third parties.
