Deputies of the Mykolaiv Regional Council declared dozens of vehicles, expensive Swiss watches, solar power plants, and multimillion-dollar debts and loans.

This data was published by journalists of Intent and the Center for Public Investigations after analyzing the declarations for 2025.

Nadiia Ivanova had the largest fleet of vehicles among MPs, declaring 44 vehicles, most of which were agricultural and special equipment. The second place went to Volodymyr Frolenko with 30 vehicles, including MAZ trucks, trailers, and BRP snowmobiles. The top three also includes Serhiy Shulhach, whose declaration includes 18 vehicles, including a BMW X3 and agricultural machinery.

Journalists also paid attention to luxury items. The only MP who officially declared expensive watches was Oleksandr Yasynskyi. His declaration includes two Swiss watches worth over 360 thousand hryvnias.

Some MPs also included solar power plants in their declarations. Such assets were declared by Koshova and Andriy Fatianov. Journalists called them atypical but practical assets amid the energy instability in the country.

The declarations also include significant financial liabilities and debts. In particular, Serhiy Shulhach is a third-party creditor worth more than UAH 26.4 million, together with his wife. At the same time, some of the deputies have no personal savings, but significant assets are registered in the names of their family members.

In total, the deputies of the Mykolaiv Regional Council declared UAH 293 million in savings and over UAH 153 million in income for 2025.

The deputies also declared hundreds of real estate objects, large land plots and millions of dollars in assets.

Intent has already written about the richest deputies of Mykolaiv region who have millions in income and hundreds of millions in savings.
