Deputies of the Mykolaiv Regional Council declared hundreds of real estate objects, large land plots and millions of dollars in assets.

The declarations for 2025 were analyzed by journalists of Intent and the Center for Public Investigations.

Valeriy Bednyi became the leader in terms of residential real estate. The MP's declaration lists 13 residential properties with a total area of 873 square meters. All of the properties are located in Odesa - apartments ranging from 50 to 208 square meters in different districts of the city.

The second place went to Vitaliy Shevchenko, who declared 15 residential properties with a total area of 625 square meters. These are apartments and houses in Voznesensk and villages of Voznesensk district. The MP purchased five houses in 2024 for UAH 110.4 thousand.

Ivan Bilous is also among the top three with 456 square meters of housing. The MP owns two houses in Rybakivka and an apartment in Mykolaiv.

The area of non-residential real estate was also significant. The absolute leader here is Takhir Sadridinov, who declared almost 13.9 thousand square meters in seven properties. The largest of them is a non-residential building with an area of more than 10.5 thousand square meters in the village of Ivanivka, Mykolaiv district.

In the ranking of land assets and property, journalists also paid attention to the family wealth of MPs. Some MPs register significant assets in the names of their wives and other family members. For example, Andrii Holovchanskyi has 95% of his family savings registered in his wife's name.

Some MPs have declared real estate abroad. In particular, Olena Herasymchuk has a 129-square-meter property outside Ukraine, and Oleksandr Mosin has a 69-square-meter room.

In general, journalists note that the declarations of Mykolaiv Regional Council deputies demonstrate a significant scale of accumulated assets - from apartments and houses to large land plots, warehouses, commercial real estate, and millions in savings.

Intent has already written about the richest deputies of Mykolaiv region who have millions in income and hundreds of millions in savings.
