Mykolaiv faction heads declared hundreds of thousands of dollars and luxury cars

The heads of the deputy factions of Mykolaiv City Council have submitted declarations for 2025, in which they indicated their income, real estate, vehicles, and savings. Some officials expanded the list of property over the past year by purchasing new houses, land plots, and cars.

The heads of the factions of the Mykolaiv City Council have published their declarations for 2025. In the documents, they declared housing, land plots, vehicles, income, and monetary assets.

Hanna Remennikova, head of the Propozytsiya faction and head of the Ingul district, listed several properties in Mykolaiv, including a catering establishment, a café, an apartment, a residential building, and land plots. Her family also owns several apartments and Fiat, Mercedes-Benz and Volvo cars. The official received over UAH 806,000 in salary last year, while her husband received income from work, entrepreneurship, and a pension. The family's cash savings amount to $190 thousand and 2.5 million hryvnias.

The head of the Servant of the People faction, Ramil Agabekov, declared an apartment in Mykolaiv and the use of a residential building. The family uses a 2021 Subaru Legacy. Last year, the MP received almost 977 thousand hryvnias in salary, and his family kept 810 thousand hryvnias and 34 thousand dollars in cash.

The head of the European Solidarity faction, Olena Kiselyova, declared real estate in Mykolaiv and Chernivtsi regions, as well as a newly purchased house and land plots. Her family owns several apartments, houses, cars, trucks and special equipment. The MP's main income is made up of profits from entrepreneurial activities - over UAH 3 million. The family's savings amount to 460 thousand dollars and 460 thousand hryvnias.

Non-factional MP Artem Iliuk declared a parking lot in Mykolaiv, the use of a house in Kyiv region and expensive accessories, including Zenith, Omega and Rolex watches. His family owns real estate in Nova Odesa and a Toyota Camry. The MP and his wife received part of their income from the sale of property. The family's total cash savings exceed 266 thousand dollars, 52 thousand euros, and 8 million hryvnias.

Also, in their financial statements for 2025, MPs from Mykolaiv region showed a mixed picture: some significantly increased their land assets, while others declared less income and savings than a year earlier. The Center for Public Investigations, together with Intent, analyzed the MPs' declarations and compiled ratings by key categories.
