Members of Mykolaiv City Council declared more than UAH 131 million in income and almost half a billion in savings for 2025. They keep most of their funds in cash. The declarations also include dozens of real estate properties, luxury cars, expensive gifts from relatives, and property abroad.

This data was published by journalists from the Center for Public Investigations and Media Intent, who analyzed the declarations of 48 city council members.

The highest income among the deputies was declared by Tetiana Dombrovska - UAH 13.49 million. Almost the entire amount consists of dividends from business - UAH 13.32 million. At the same time, there is no salary in the declaration. Compared to 2024, her income has more than doubled.

The second place was taken by Serhiy Kantor with UAH 12.37 million in income. The bulk of this money is his family's income from business activities. The MP himself declared more than UAH 2.3 million in business income, as well as his salary and pension. At the same time, his income decreased by almost a quarter compared to the previous year.

Dmytro Falko, the secretary of the city council, showed a significant increase in income. Over the year, his family income increased from UAH 2.29 million to UAH 7.06 million. The main role in this was played by gifts and dividends, which were several times higher than the official salary of the official. In particular, the official's daughter received an in-kind gift worth over UAH 3.5 million.

Vitaliy Kim and Oleh Afanasiev are also among the five richest. A significant part of their income comes from their wives' income from business activities and sale of property.

At the same time, the declarations also show much more modest incomes. MP Andriy Kucherenko declared zero income. Four other MPs reported less than 200 thousand hryvnias of annual income.

Recently, Intent wrote about deputies of the Mykolaiv Regional Council who declared more than UAH 153 million in income and almost UAH 295 million in cash savings in 2025.
