Hostile drones damaged power and houses in Odesa region at night

At night, the Odesa region suffered another attack by enemy drones that tried to damage residential areas and critical infrastructure. Despite the active work of air defense, some facilities suffered from the attacks.

This was reported by Oleh Kiper, head of the Odesa Regional Air Defense Administration.

According to the regional authorities, the attack damaged a power facility and two private houses nearby. Windows and doors were smashed in the administrative building. Rescuers quickly extinguished the fires caused by the shelling.

No information on casualties or injuries has been reported so far. According to the official, all relevant services continue to work to eliminate the consequences of the attack.

On the night of December 10, Odesa region again suffered a massive attack by enemy attack drones. Most of the drones were destroyed by air defense, but one of them hit a civilian infrastructure facility in one of the region's districts.

The strike partially destroyed a warehouse and set it on fire, which was quickly extinguished by rescuers.

Earlier, on the night of December 6, the region was attacked by enemy UAVs targeting civilian objects. Most of the drones were also destroyed by air defense forces, but one energy facility was damaged. A fire was averted.

On the night of December 4, Odesa came under an intense drone attack, which resulted in six people being injured. Air defense destroyed most of the targets, but civilian and energy facilities were partially damaged.

The falling debris and blast wave damaged the doors and windows of seven apartment buildings and an administrative building, as well as several cars. Seven people have been reported injured, two of whom were freed from their blocked apartments by rescuers. Another 33 people, including six children, received psychological assistance. Due to the damage to the power grid, part of the Peresypsky district was left without electricity.
