Former aide to fugitive MP Tsarev gets a position in Kherson

<b>Serhiy Pavlyuk</b> has been appointed manager of the executive committee of the Kherson City Council. It should be noted that the official has close ties to the past: he was an active member of the Party of Regions, which is banned in Ukraine, and an assistant to traitor <b>Oleg Tsarev</b>.

The appointment of Pavlyuk was reported on Facebook by activist Vitaliy Bohdanov.

Pavliuk, 46, also worked as an assistant to several well-known Party of Regions members. In particular, MP <b>Andriy Selivarov </b>and the current mayor of Kryvyi Rih, <b>Oleksandr Vilkul. </b>In 2012, Pavliuk even ran for parliament on the Party of Regions' list, but failed.

According to his declaration, he lives in Dnipro with his two daughters. Before his appointment in Kherson, he served as deputy head of the district council in Kamianske. The head of Kherson MBA Yaroslav Shanko has terminated the powers of Pavlo Manchenko, a deputy of the Kherson City Council. Manchenko, who was elected in 2020 as a deputy of the Kherson City Council from Ihor Kolikhayev 's party "We Live Here!", also ran for the city council in 2015, but from the "Renaissance" party. In addition to his political activities, he is a co-founder of Satlight LLC (since 2012) and a co-founder and head of Marin Man Marine Crewing Agency LLC (since 2007).
