The reconstruction of a non-residential building at 1 Perekhresna Street in Nestoita village, Podil district, is underway. A center for the local fire brigade of the Kuyalnytsia rural territorial community will be created here.
Information about this appeared in the Prozorro system on February 26.
The project is being implemented within the framework of the international program BSB00026 "Cooperation for building community resilience to forest fires and early warning in the Black Sea basin".
The customer was the Kuyalnytsia Village Council of Podilskyi District, Odesa Oblast. The expected cost of construction is UAH 9.98 million.
Participants can submit their proposals until March 31, and the next day the auction will be held in the format of an open tender with special features that provide for reduced deadlines for submitting bids and appeals.
According to the terms of the contract, all necessary work must be completed by February 26, 2026.
The note explains that the establishment of the fire center in Nestoit will be an important step in strengthening security and emergency preparedness in the region. This is especially true for rural communities, which often face the threat of forest fires and need a rapid response.
Meanwhile, Kodyma, Odesa Oblast, has started looking for a contractor to overhaul the basement to serve as a simple shelter for the educational and amenity building No. 1.
Recently, the Usativ village council of Odesa district announced a search for a contractor to select a company to build a protective structure, a radiation shelter, in the village of Illinka.
Meanwhile, in Chornomorsk, Odesa region, an agreement was signed to build a shelter for Lyceum No. 3, but the tender raised questions about the cost of materials. The winner was Premiumstandardbud Construction Firm LLC with a contract worth UAH 97.8 million. A competitor who offered a lower price was rejected due to non-compliance with the requirements.
