In the Kherson region, Ukrainian defenders continue to strengthen security on the M-14 Kherson-Mykolaiv highway. The use of anti-drone nets, electronic warfare systems and other protective technologies has significantly reduced the activity of enemy drones.

This was reported by Oleksandr Tolokonnikov, deputy head of the Kherson Regional Military Administration , on the air of Novyny Priazovya.

"The drones either change frequencies or launch new models that can rebuild in the air when they come under the influence of electronic warfare. But we also have our tricks up our sleeves, which we are practicing, and we have already seen positive results," the official said.

Stanislav Troshyn, co-founder of the NGO"Southern Development Strategy", also spoke about the difficult situation on the right bank.Stanislav Troshyn, co-founder of the Southern Strategy for Development, also spoke about the difficult situation. He emphasized that continuous attacks have a significant impact on people's lives and logistics, in particular, they complicate the delivery of humanitarian aid.

"It is virtually impossible to deliver large trucks with medical equipment or food. We need special days, weather conditions and permission from the commandant, as the M-14 highway remains closed for humanitarian activities," he said.

Troshyn also noted that the city is taking measures to improve security. In particular, several central streets of Kherson have already been equipped with anti-drone nets, which makes it much safer to move around them.

The M-14 highway, which connects Kherson and Mykolaiv, has recently seen increased activity of enemy drones. Russian drones have targeted civilian vehicles, including cars carrying prosecutors and doctors. In this regard, local residents were advised to refrain from traveling on this road, although traffic was not officially restricted.
