Enemy artillery hits gas pipeline and high-rise buildings in Kherson region

The Russian army attacked 36 settlements in the Kherson region. As a result of the shelling, residential buildings and infrastructure facilities were destroyed, 1 person was killed and 7 were injured.

From August 29 to August 30, 2025, Russian troops continued to shell Kherson region with artillery and attack with drones. 36 settlements came under attack, including 1 city and dozens of villages and towns.

Dozens of towns and villages came under fire, including Kherson, Antonivka, Sadove, Zelenivka, Molodizhne, Komyshany, Rozlyv, Doslidne, Kizomys, Prydniprovske, Pryozerne, Bilozerka, Stanislav, Sofiyivka, Oleksandrivka, etc.

The strikes damaged critical and social infrastructure: 2 multi-storey and 3 private residential buildings were destroyed, a cell tower, a gas pipeline, a water tower and several cars were destroyed.

Civilian casualties were unavoidable - 1 person was killed and 7 others sustained injuries of varying severity.

On August 28-29, Russian drones and artillery hit more than three dozen settlements in the Kherson region. The attacks killed two people, injured nine others, and damaged residential buildings and infrastructure. Among them are a multi-storey building, seven private houses, an indestructibility point, an outbuilding, a garage and several cars.

At about 9:00, the occupants attacked the Dniprovsky district of Kherson from a drone. A 66-year-old man was hit and sustained life-threatening injuries. At around 10:00, another drone attack took place in Dniprovsky district, where a man sustained an explosive injury and a shrapnel wound to the head.

On the road near the village of Osokorivka, Russian troops attacked a civilian car. A pregnant 22-year-old woman and her husband were injured. The patient received an explosive injury and a neck wound, her condition is stable, there is no threat to the child. Also, a 79-year-old woman came under fire and sustained a mine-blast injury, contusion and hypertensive crisis.

On the night of August 28, Russia launched a powerful massive strike on Ukraine, using about 629 aircraft - Shahed attack drones and imitators, Kinzhal airborne ballistic missiles, Iskander ballistic missiles and X-101 cruise missiles from the territory of Russia and the temporarily occupied Crimea.
