In his electronic income declaration for 2025, Vadym Shkarovskyi, deputy chairman of the Odesa Regional Council, indicated that his wife Liliia has owned 56% of the Halflife Limited Liability Company since 2010.

According to the Center for Public Investigations, the relevant information was published by the National Agency for the Prevention of Corruption.

However, in his declaration for 2024, the politician did not provide this information - nothing is indicated in the "corporate rights" column.

Also, the new declaration shows income in the form of Vadym Shkarovskyi's salary - UAH 1 million 90.2 thousand, his pension - UAH 167.5 thousand, his wife's salary - UAH 238 thousand 332, and bonuses she received - UAH 120.

Vadym Shkarovskyi has 60.7 thousand hryvnias in banks, and his wife has 13.2 thousand.

Information on real estate and transportation has not changed in 2025: Vadym Shkarovskyi still used the same 72.9-square-meter apartment in Odesa owned by his wife. He also owns a parking space in Odesa and two fisherman's houses in the village of Tairove with an area of 55.5 and 54.6 square meters. His wife, on the other hand, owns land in the village of Krasnosilka, 860 square meters.

The family's transportation consists of a 2020 Toyota Highlander SUV, which Vadym Shkarovskyi bought the same year, an Odyssey trailer, and a TUNA 460 DC AL motorboat. The politician purchased the boat and the trailer a year before the car.
