Intent's publication, "How a State College in Odesa Was Effectively Replaced by Private Management," was included in a list of 13 strong investigative regional media stories during the war presented by the Association of Independent Regional Publishers of Ukraine in Norway.

As noted by the Association , Intent's investigation was included in the coffee table book "Regional Investigative Journalism during the War" published as part of the Stronger Together program.

The publication reveals schemes created around Serhiy Kivalov's Odesa Law Academy and the "Separate Subdivision "Professional College of the National University "Odesa Law Academy", which is nevertheless not related to the Law Academy, but its founder and beneficiary is directly related to the family of Serhiy Kivalov.

The founder of the Professional College of the National University "Odesa Law Academy", which is now called "Academic Professional College of ONU", is a legal entity "Classical University "Odesa Law Academy". Its sole owner is Sergii Kosianenko. That is, he is the sole beneficiary of both educational institutions - he is also the grandson of Serhii Kivalov.

In total, the collection includes 13 materials selected by mentors by voting based on the results of the first year of the Stronger Together: Transparency and Anti-Corruption program. All of them have been translated into English.

The project brought together 18 regional Ukrainian newsrooms and six investigative mentors to strengthen the capacity of local media to work with data, form hypotheses, build an evidence base, and adhere to high professional standards even during the war.

The goal of the project is not only to create individual materials, but to form a network of regional investigators capable of systematically exercising public control in their communities. In six months, the teams prepared 105 investigations. The book includes materials representing a variety of topics and the level of professionalism of the teams.
