Department of Territorial Development of Kherson Regional State Administration headed by Volodymyr Ilchenko

Volodymyr Ilchenko from Donetsk region became the head of the Territorial Development Department of the Kherson Regional State Administration.

These changes, which came into effect on September 2, were noticed in the YouControl system.

Previously, Ilchenko worked as the head of the Department of Capital Construction and Prospective City Development at the Kramatorsk City Council. He replaced <b>Svitlana Vasina</b>, who was fired in late August. According to local media, her dismissal was unexpected. Vasina had previously been suspected of overstating the cost of technical inspections of damaged facilities, but was released on bail due to a lack of evidence.

Personnel changes in Kherson regional administration. Volodymyr Klyutsevsky was appointed as an authorized person (coordinator) for ensuring equal rights and opportunities for women and men, preventing and combating gender-based violence.

In Mykolaiv region, a court remanded an official under investigation for extortion in Sviatoslav's Biloberezhzhia National Nature Park. The control conditions were set to prevent the suspect from hiding and influencing witnesses until the investigation is completed.

The judge considered the prosecutor's motion to extend the duties assigned to the suspect, who held the position of deputy director of the Sviatoslav's Bila Berezhzhia National Nature Park. He is suspected of committing a criminal offense under Part 3 of Article 368 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine - obtaining an unlawful benefit in a particularly large amount.

According to the investigation, the suspect acted in collusion with the park's director and the head of the financial and economic department. They organized a scheme to extort money from their subordinates, in particular by distributing roles in the group, concealing criminal activity and transferring cash through an intermediary. The officials demanded kickbacks from their subordinates' bonuses.
