Contracts for shelters in Mykolaiv kindergartens awarded to a company with six builders

In Mykolaiv, a company with only six employees was awarded the contract to repair shelters in kindergartens. The total cost of the work is over a million hryvnias.

On November 28, Zakhyst signed two agreements to carry out repair work in the simplest shelters of two preschools. The cost of pre-school No. 101 is UAH 827,605, and the cost of kindergarten No. 132 is UAH 627,653, respectively.

The work was entrusted to Nikovita, which has only six construction workers. The works are scheduled to be completed by the end of 2024. Nikovita has been registered in Mykolaiv since 2010 and has considerable experience in fulfilling budget orders, including those from Zakhyst.

The total amount of contracts signed with the company exceeds UAH 49 million, of which UAH 7.7 million are six contracts with Zakhyst.

The company is owned by Tatiana and Vitaliy Yashchenko. In addition, Tetiana Yashchenko is the founder of another company, Nikovita Service LLC, which has been operating since 2017 and also fulfills budget orders. The total amount of contracts of this company is UAH 11.9 million, and the data of employees of both companies are completely the same.

Also in Mykolaiv, the tender for the protection of fortifications was awarded to the regional guard without a competitive procedure. More than two million hryvnias were allocated from the city budget. Only one bidder, the Mykolaiv Regional Guard utility company, came to the auction and was awarded the contract.

In addition, Pivdenoukrainsk signed an agreement for the construction of a workshop with an inflated cost of materials. The total value of the contract is UAH 195.4 million, and the work is scheduled to be completed by April 30, 2025. The new facility will be a workshop for the production of reinforcing channels and pipeline elements.

The tender for the repair of cages for stray animals at the Animal Protection Center was awarded without a competitive procedure and to a company whose services were frequently used by the customer. The expected cost of the work was over UAH 2 million.
