There, it hit a civilian car that was crossing the bridge. The car was occupied by a woman with three children. The mother was seriously injured and died in an ambulance. Her three children were taken to the hospital with injuries and acute stress reaction.

On December 12, Russians set fire to a ship in the port of Chornomorsk. On November 17, residents of the village of Plauru in Tulcea, Romania, and their animals were evacuated due to the danger of an explosion in the area after a ship carrying thousands of tons of liquefied petroleum gas caught fire near the Ukrainian port of Izmail, Odesa region.
