Bidding for dismantling of advertising structures announced in Mykolaiv

Mykolaiv is looking for a contractor to dismantle advertising structures. Almost 150 thousand hryvnias have been allocated from the budget for this purpose.

This is evidenced by the data of the electronic public procurement system Prozorro.

The Department of Internal Financial Control, Supervision and Anti-Corruption of Mykolaiv City Council announced an open tender for the provision of services for dismantling parts of structural elements of advertising structures.

The expected value of the procurement was UAH 145 thousand 944 including VAT. The minimum price reduction step is UAH 729.

Proposals must be submitted by January 31, 2025, and the auction will start on February 3, 2025.

According to the terms and conditions, payment will be made on the basis of an acceptance certificate within 20 banking days. Bids can be submitted through the electronic procurement system. Bidders are not required to provide a tender security.

The contractor must assemble and dismantle the protective fence without the use of electric welding, dig concrete structures, load cargo with a crane on a truck with a capacity of up to 16 tons, transport precast concrete up to 3 meters long by general-purpose vehicles over a distance of 15 kilometers. The contractor will also unload cargo by crane and manually fill in trenches, sinuses, pits and pits.

The selected contractor must complete the dismantling work by December 31, 2025.

The Department of Urban Planning, Architecture, Capital Construction and Development Project Support of Mykolaiv Regional State Administration also announced a tender for the protection of fortifications. The expected cost of the purchase is UAH 4.4 million, and the term of service provision is until March 31, 2025, or until the facilities are transferred to the balance sheet of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine.

Bidding was also announced for the elimination of unauthorized landfills. Almost four million hryvnias have been allocated from the budget for this work. A contractor is being sought for the elimination of waste dumpsites with loading and removal to the municipal landfill in the Zavodskyi district of Mykolaiv.
