On the night of December 28, air defense forces and means destroyed 12 Shahed 131/136 UAVs in Mykolaiv region.
This was reported by the press service of the Mykolaiv Regional State Administration.
At night, on December 28, around 01:20, the enemy attacked the city with a Shahed 131/136 UAV.
As a result of the attack and the fall of debris, a fire broke out on the roof of a five-story residential building and dry grass on the territory of an industrial enterprise. Both fires were quickly extinguished by firefighters. The roof of the residential building was partially destroyed and windows were smashed. No one was injured.
According to Mayor Oleksandr Sienkevych, public utilities were working at the scene at night. Preliminary, there is no significant damage - windows were smashed and part of the roof was damaged. In addition, the surrounding area was inspected. We have also set up an aid station where we are preparing hot drinks for residents and city services.
According to the State Emergency Service in Mykolaiv region, firefighters extinguished a fire on the roof of a five-story residential building, as well as 1000 square meters of reeds burning. The roof was partially destroyed and windows were smashed. Twenty-three firefighters and eight pieces of equipment were engaged to eliminate the consequences of the shelling.
The Rapid Response Unit of the Red Cross of Ukraine provided assistance to the citizens.
Yesterday, on December 27, at 07:04 and 08:01, the enemy fired artillery shells at Dmytrivka village of Kutsurubska community. As a result, a private house and outbuildings were damaged. There were no casualties.
On the night of December 22, air defense forces and means destroyed 10 UAVs in Mykolaiv region. On December 15, the enemy launched an air attack on the city using Shahed 131/136 drones. The attack damaged infrastructure facilities and injured two employees.
On the afternoon of December 14, enemy forces attacked the Kutsurub community with an FPV drone. As a result of the attack, a Ukrposhta official vehicle was damaged. The driver of the vehicle was seriously injured and hospitalized.
