The Capital Construction Department of Mykolaiv City Council has increased funding for the current repair of family outpatient clinic No. 5 (Primary Health Care Center No. 1) located at 6 Bohoyavlenskyi Avenue.

This became known from the ProZorro public procurement system.

On October 23, UCB signed an additional contract with the contractor Zhytlorembud-NIKA LLC for UAH 4 million 462 thousand 264. This contract was concluded without using the electronic procurement system. The need for additional funding is justified by the fact that after the conclusion of the initial agreement, additional work was required, including dismantling, repairing walls, partitions, floors and the entrance to the basement.

It is worth noting that the original repair contract was concluded in April 2025 with the same contractor for UAH 8 million 936 thousand 864. Thus, the total cost of repairing the outpatient clinic increased to about UAH 13 million 399 thousand. The additional contract not only increased the amount but also accelerated the completion date: while previously the work was to be completed by February 1, 2026, the contractor must now complete it by December 22 this year.

As a reminder, the European Union has stepped up its support for Ukrainians and provided the United Nations Refugee Agency (UNHCR) with additional funding of €12 million.

These funds are aimed at helping citizens affected by the war and in need of support as they prepare for the fourth winter of full-scale invasion.

This package will provide approximately 359,000 people with the most basic necessities during the cold weather. As the EU Delegation emphasized, Russia's attacks on energy infrastructure only exacerbate the humanitarian crisis: in September alone, more than 30 attacks on energy facilities were recorded.
