15 million allocated from the budget for insulation of kindergarten in Mykolaiv

A tender has been announced in Mykolaiv for the overhaul of a kindergarten with the implementation of energy efficiency measures. The work is to be completed by the end of 2025, and millions have been allocated from the city budget for the repair.

A tender has been launched in Mykolaiv for the overhaul of the building of kindergarten No. 87 with the implementation of energy saving and energy efficiency measures.

The expected cost of the works is UAH 15.75 million. The deadline for submitting bids is July 11, 2025, and the electronic auction is scheduled to begin on July 14.

The bid security is UAH 75 thousand. The minimum auction step is 2% or more than UAH 315 thousand.

The tender provides for the adjustment of project documentation and major repairs aimed at improving the energy efficiency of the building. This may include, among other things, replacing windows, insulating facades, updating heating systems, etc.

According to the terms of the procurement, the contractor will be paid in stages, depending on the receipt of funds from the budget. The contractor must complete all work by December 31, 2025.

The customer is the Department of Energy, Energy Saving and Implementation of Innovative Technologies of Mykolaiv City Council. If potential bidders have any questions about the tender terms, they can submit an application by July 8.

The tender proposal must include a certificate of the available equipment to be used for the work, as well as information about the engineering and technical staff and workers. In addition, a contract or several contracts confirming the experience of performing similar works - new construction, reconstruction or overhaul of social facilities - must be submitted.

Also, the municipal enterprise Zakhyst of Mykolaiv City Council announced two tenders for the construction of basic shelters in the city's schools. The total expected cost of the works is about UAH 9.4 million. The first tender covers works for Lyceum No. 22 and the second for Gymnasium No. 10. Both tenders include final construction works.
