The Executive Committee of the Odesa City Council is the executive body of local self-government of the city of Odesa, which considers and makes decisions on matters of city management, budget, utilities, security, and development. The Committee consists of representatives of the city authorities and considers issues that may subsequently be brought before the city council or implemented within its competence.
