The Ingulsky District Court of Mykolaiv has temporarily suspended Viktor Vlasiuk , the head of Domanivka village, from his duties.

The decision was made by the Ingul District Court of Mykolaiv on October 7, Nikcenter reported.

On September 23, 2025, the official received a notice of suspicion of committing crimes under Part 4 of Article 191 and Part 1 of Article 366 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. The accusation is based on the fact that during 2021-2023, according to the investigation, Vlasyuk entered false information in official documents.

These actions concerned the employment of his son as a driver for the village council. The court decision emphasizes that the village head's son did not actually perform his duties, but regularly received salary and other payments. The total amount of damage caused to the community budget through these manipulations is UAH 186 thousand.

As a result of these actions, the court ruled to temporarily suspend Vlasiuk from the position of Domanivka village head. This suspension will be valid until November 23, 2025 inclusive.

The defendant himself disagreed with the suspension, appealing to his status as a person with a disability and the need for funds for treatment. In addition, he argued that his work was important for the ''proper development of the Domanivska community''. However, the court rejected these arguments, as, according to the investigation, Vlasiuk's continued employment posed a risk of his unlawful influence on witnesses.

Additionally, on October 7, a bail in the amount of UAH 181.6 thousand was imposed on Viktor Vlasiuk. The suspect must also comply with a number of obligations, including not leaving the village, not visiting the premises of the Domanivka village council, and handing over his passport for safekeeping.
