"Ukrtelecom fails to find a tenant for its children's health center in Odesa

The auction scheduled by Ukrtelecom to find a tenant for the Yunyi Zviyavets children's recreation center on Dacha Kovalevsky Street in Odesa has not taken place.

The relevant announcement was published on Prozorro.Sale.

The auction was supposed to take place on July 26. The starting price for a month's lease was UAH 273,784. The lease was offered for at least a year.

The area of the object is 3 thousand 370.9 square meters. The property is located on the outskirts of the city near the Black Sea. The complex consists of an administrative building, two dormitories, a dining room, two staff houses, a shower room, a restroom, a diesel room, a vegetable storehouse, an electrical switchboard, a kiosk and a checkpoint. The complex can accommodate up to 200 people at a time.

It is in need of repair. Characteristics: two floors; heating is provided by the company's own boiler house (diesel fuel); the land plot is almost 2 hectares.

This year, Ukrtelecom was already looking for a tenant for the complex. The auction was held in May. But there were no bidders. The price was lower - UAH 159,780 per month.

Last year's attempt was also unsuccessful.

In 2022, they also tried to find a tenant for the Young Signalman. In total, since 2017, the Young Signalman has been leased several times, but the auction failed for various reasons.

Meanwhile, the Bolhrad City Council in Odesa Oblast failed again to auction off the buildings and structures of an unfinished maternity hospital for the Mother and Child Center and the Maternity Hospital Auxiliary Unit.

The company failed to sell the unfinished construction of the maternity hospital for the Mother and Child Center and the Maternity Hospital Auxiliary Building.

The starting price remained the same as during the first auction - UAH 10 million 525.4 thousand.

Meanwhile, the house of Russian oligarch Mikhail Shelkov and Ukrainian collaborator Volodymyr Saldo in Odesa was sold in the system "Prozorro. Sale for almost UAH 7 million.

Instead, no one wanted to buy the unfinished Ecoservice recreation center in Odesa region, which was attempted to be sold on May 7 with a starting price of 4.1 million hryvnias.
