Participants can submit their bids until June 11, and the auction is scheduled to take place on the same day. According to the tender documents, the winner of the tender must provide a security for the contract - a bank guarantee in the amount of 5% of the contract value.

The construction is to be completed by December 31, 2025. The client may provide an advance payment of up to 30% of the cost of the works, as provided for by the Cabinet of Ministers' resolution. The remaining amount will be transferred within 20 working days after signing the documents on the work performed or the equipment transferred. Payment is made in UAH to the contractor's account.

In Posad Pokrovsky in Kherson Oblast, the plan is to restore not only the destroyed housing but also the entire infrastructure, from administrative buildings to social facilities.

According to Oleksiy Kuleba, Vice Prime Minister for Reconstruction of Ukraine, houses are only part of the project, as the reconstruction must be comprehensive: jobs, medical facilities, schools, shelters, and social services must be provided along with new housing. The plan is to restore 362 houses by the end of the fall.
