The right to feed students of lyceums in Chornomorsk was divided between two companies

The Department of Education of the Chornomorsk City Council of Odesa Oblast has conducted eight procurements to select companies that will provide catering services to students of lyceums in the city and two villages.

The relevant information was published in the Prozorro electronic procurement system.

All procurements were conducted in the format of open bidding with special conditions, and the winners had no competitors. The victory was equally shared by VitalMilHub Limited Liability Company and Southern Lights - 11 Limited Liability Company.

What we know about the winners

According to the YouControl service, VitalMilHub LLC was registered in Odesa in 2019. The owner is Nikita Lyubarsky from Kyiv. Southern Lights - 11 LLC was registered in 2024 in Chornomorsk. The owner is a local resident, Serhiy Ryaby.

How it was divided

VitalMilHub LLC received the right to organize meals for students in grades 1-4 and 5-11 (breakfasts) and students in grades 1-4 and 5-11 (lunches for students from socially vulnerable families) in: Black Sea Economic and Law Lyceum No. 1, Black Sea Lyceum No. 4, Black Sea Lyceum No. 7, and Oleksandrivka Secondary School. The total amount the company plans to earn is UAH 12 million 204.4 thousand.

Southern Lights 11 LLC will provide meals for students: Chornomorsk Lyceum No. 2, Chornomorsk Lyceum No. 3, Chornomorsk Lyceum No. 6, and Malodolynske Secondary School.

Earlier, on October 15, the Center for Financing and Economic Activity of Educational Institutions of the Prymorskyi District of Odesa held a tender to select a company that will provide catering services to students. In the Prymorskyi district, meals were provided before the procurement, but the procurement was held only in October. In other districts, these procurements were held in August-September. In Peresypskyi district - at the end of August, and in Khadzhybeyskyi and Kyivskyi districts - in September. In the latter two districts, the winner of the tenders was a limited liability company "Ration Group" without any competitors.
