Serhiy Kondratyuk was appointed to the post in July 2018. At the end of August, employees of the Department of Strategic Investigations informed him that the head of the district administration was suspected of abuse of office. In September 2022, prosecutors from the Suvorov District Prosecutor's Office in Odesa sent an indictment to the court against the head of one of Odesa's district administrations for abuse of office.
