The National Bank's attempt to sell warehouses near Odesa for 90 million failed

The National Bank of Ukraine has once again failed to sell an integral property complex located at 34, 19th kilometer of Starokyivska Road in Odesa, with a total area of 25,659.9 square meters.

As noted in the auction minutes, the auction was not held due to the absence of participants.

The auction was scheduled for May 7 with a starting price of UAH 92 million 655.4 thousand. In the announcement, the organizers stated that this was the first time the lot was put up for auction, but the National Bank had tried to sell this property twice before. The second auction was scheduled for February 14, but there were no bidders. The previous auction, which was scheduled for December 5, did not take place due to the lack of bidders.

The integral property complex is represented by a group of non-residential buildings and structures for warehousing and administrative purposes, located approximately 16 kilometers from the center of Odesa, in the Kulindorivskyi industrial hub area in the Peresypskyi district of the city, at a distance of 0.5 km from Starokyivska Road (a section of the M-14 international highway Odesa-Melitopol-Novoazovsk). The sale is based on the decision of the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine on the alienation and in accordance with the rules of ProZorro.Sale electronic trading system for conducting electronic auctions for the sale or lease of property.

All costs associated with the conclusion and notarization of the property sale and purchase agreement shall be borne by the successful bidder.
