The interim mayor of Odesa, Ihor Koval, has dismissed Serhiy Kondratyuk from the post of head of the Peresypskyi district administration of Odesa.

The corresponding order was published by the press service of the Odesa City Council.

His position was transferred to his first deputy Svyatoslav Glazanovsky. Mr. Kondratyuk was appointed to the position in July 2018. The Suvorov Court of Odesa refused to satisfy the prosecutor's motion and remove the head of the Suvorov District Administration, Serhiy Kondratyuk, from office. The judges imposed a pre-trial restraint on Mr. Kondratyuk in the form of bail in the amount of UAH 752.4 thousand.

Instead, Odesa Mayor Gennadiy Trukhanov dismissed Serhiy Hlazanovsky from his position as director of the municipal enterprise "Housing and Communal Service "Peresypsky" in August. Svyatoslav Galanzovsky was appointed to run the enterprise on July 14, 2025. The grounds were the submission of the head of the Peresypsk District Administration, Serhiy Kondratyuk.

The city council also dismissed Volodymyr Kharishchak, director of the Department of Municipal Security of the Odesa City Council. The then mayor of Odesa, Hennadiy Trukhanov, appointed Volodymyr Kharishchak to the position of director of the Department of Municipal Security of the Odesa City Council in April 2025.
