A Kherson City Council official failed to declare her husband's assets worth 2 million

Inaccurate information in the 2024 financial disclosure statement, amounting to more than 2 million hryvnias, was found in the filing of Tetiana Pamirska, the former head of the Kherson City Council secretariat .

Thisis statedin the conclusion of the National Agency for Corruption Prevention (NAZK).

According to the audit, the declaration omits a non-residential property in Sofiivska Borshchahivka in the Kyiv region and two apartments—one in Kyiv and one in the village of Lymanka in the Odesa region. The total value of this real estate is 2,340,907 hryvnias.

The NACP also identified an undeclared 2020 Volkswagen Tiguan, which Pamirska received as a gift from her husband valued at 1 million hryvnias. In addition, the declaration did not list her husband’s other vehicles—a Haval H6, a Volkswagen Touareg, as well as commercial vehicles and trailers.

Separately, the agency determined that the document lacked information about her husband’s salary at Carlsberg Ukraine, his bank accounts, and money transfers from individuals totaling millions of hryvnias.

Tetyana Pamirska claims that her husband allegedly refused to provide her with information about his assets and income. However, the NACP did not take these arguments into account—the agency determined that the official personally signed notarized consents for the purchase of real estate and used bank cards in the localities where this property is located.

According to the NACP’s findings, the amount of inaccurate information exceeds 750 subsistence minimums for able-bodied individuals. The agency sees signs of a criminal offense in the official’s actions, as provided for in Part 1 of Article 366-2 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.

In early August 2026, it was reported that Tetiana Pamirska was stepping down from her position as head of the secretariat of the Kherson City Council.

Earlier, the former director of a Kherson hospital, Leonid Remiga, was found to have a “hidden” wife and undisclosed assets.
