Russians Attack 35 Kherson Settlements, Civilians Injured in Shelling

Over the past day, Russians attacked 35 settlements in Kherson region. The occupiers hit houses, a farm and a business. People were injured.

According to the press service of the Kherson Regional Military Administration, dozens of towns and villages came under enemy fire, including Antonivka, Beryslav, Bilozerka, Veletynske, Kozatske, Stanislav, Tomina Balka, Monastyrske, the city of Kherson and many others.

The invaders attacked residential areas and critical infrastructure, causing significant damage. The shelling damaged a multi-story building and seven private homes. In addition, the Russians hit the territory of a farm and an industrial enterprise and destroyed several private cars.

According to the CMA, three civilians were injured in the shelling.

During a nighttime attack with kamikaze drones, Ukrainian air defense forces successfully destroyed three Shahed-131/136 strike aircraft that the Russians had sent to the region.

Earlier, the administration reported that a drone attacked a local utility vehicle in Bilozerka at 13:30. Doctors diagnosed the 57-year-old man with explosive trauma, contusion, concussion and a shrapnel wound to the shoulder. The 51-year-old worker was diagnosed with blast trauma, contusion and shrapnel wounds to the head.

In addition, according to the press service of the regional State Emergency Service, in the evening, the occupation forces fired at civilian neighborhoods in Kherson. As a result of the hit of ammunition, fires broke out in two apartments.
Rescuers arrived promptly and eliminated the fire. Thanks to the precise actions of the personnel, they managed to prevent further spread of the fire and save the neighboring apartments.

Recently, Russian troops attacked the Faculty of Physical Education and Sports of Kherson State University.
