Russian troops strike Mykolaiv with drones: one killed, houses destroyed and wounded

On the night of May 25, Mykolaiv came under a massive drone attack, destroying residential buildings, killing one man and injuring five people. Bashtanka and Mykolaiv districts were also hit, and agricultural machinery and houses were damaged.

This was reported by the press service of the Mykolaiv Regional Military Administration.

On the night of May 25, air defense forces were working in the Mykolaiv region - combat operations continued. Details are to be announced later.

At night, Russian troops carried out a massive attack with Shahed 131/136 kamikaze drones in Mykolaiv. The shelling damaged an infrastructure facility, offices, private houses and power lines in several districts of the city. Two floors of one of the apartment buildings were destroyed, and the debris damaged another apartment building nearby.

According to preliminary reports, a 77-year-old man was killed. Five people were injured, including a 17-year-old boy in serious condition. Two women were hospitalized, also in serious condition. Two more victims were treated on the spot.

Doctors, Red Cross volunteers, police and emergency services are working at the scene. An emergency psychological aid center has been set up.

On May 24, at around 13:30, Russian troops attacked the Kutsurub community with FPV drones. A residential building was damaged in the village of Solonchaky. There were no casualties.

On the night of May 25, from 00:20 to 00:50, the area was attacked by Shahed drones. Enemy UAVs damaged an agricultural enterprise's warehouse, five combines and a caterpillar tractor. No one was injured.

On the night of May 13, the occupiers again organized night terror in Ukraine, launching several groups of drones from the same direction, some of which were sent to Mykolaiv region. The Air Defense Forces destroyed four enemy Shahed 131/136 kamikaze drones. The day before, on May 12, the enemy attacked the Kutsurub community twice with FPV drones. One of them hit the village of Dmytrivka, damaging the roof and windows of a non-residential building. Fortunately, there were no casualties or injuries.

On the night of May 4, air defense forces were deployed in Mykolaiv region as the region suffered several drone attacks. On May 3, Russian troops fired three times at the Kutsurubska community in Mykolaiv district with FPV drones, and at around 14:00, they also attacked the Halytsynivska community.
