Russian Shelling in Kherson Region Kills 3, Injures 12 Amid Ongoing Attacks

Enemy forces shelled Kherson region, hitting residential buildings, infrastructure and transportation. The attacks killed three people and injured 12 others.

This was reported by the press service of the Kherson Regional State Administration.

Yesterday, from March 27 to 28, Russian troops massively shelled Kherson and dozens of settlements in the region. Antonivka, Sadove, Naddnipryanske, Shyroka Balka, Stanislav, Beryslav, Novoraysk, Novokaira, Dudchany, Vesele, Kizomys and many others came under attack. The enemy targeted residential areas, critical infrastructure and civilian transport.

The shelling damaged at least 5 high-rise buildings and 9 private houses, destroyed a warehouse, a gas station and several vehicles, including an ambulance.

Unfortunately, there were casualties - three people were killed and 12 others were injured. Russian troops continue to terrorize the Kherson region, striking at civilians.

Also on March 27, as a result of Russian shelling in Kherson, ambulance medics were injured and two civilians, including a 55-year-old woman, were killed. The enemy continues to attack the city, causing new casualties and injuries. The occupants also shelled Kherson region, damaging residential buildings, infrastructure and the Point of Unbreakable Bonds, injuring five people and killing an elderly woman. During the night attack, air defense forces destroyed an enemy drone.

In addition, on March 26, residential areas and social facilities came under attack, damaging two high-rise buildings, 12 private houses, a gas pipeline and several cars. Three civilians were injured as a result of the shelling.

A day earlier, the Russian army attacked 27 settlements in Kherson region using aircraft and artillery. The attacks killed one person and injured six others.
