Russian Drone Attacks Cause Damage and Injuries in Beryslav, Kherson

On the afternoon of February 16, Russian military attacked Beryslav with drones. The administrative building was damaged.

According to the Kherson regional military administration, an administrative building in Beryslav, which was used as an invincibility point and humanitarian headquarters, came under hostile attack by Russian drones.

"As a result of the strikes, the entrance to the building was damaged. There was no information about the victims," noted the HOVA.

The Russian military also shelled Poniativka. A 29-year-old local resident was wounded as a result of an enemy strike. He suffered an explosive injury, contusion, and a bruised head and arm. At about 15:30, the Russian occupation army shelled the central district of Kherson with artillery. A 74-year-old woman was injured as a result of the shelling. She sustained explosive and craniocerebral injuries, as well as contusion.

On February 15, two policemen were wounded and one man died in Kherson region as a result of Russian attacks on civilian infrastructure and vehicles. The day before, the Russian military damaged at least three high-rise buildings and six private houses, as well as warehouses, outbuildings and vehicles. One person was killed and ten others were injured.

On February 13, the occupiers shelled 39 settlements in Kherson region. Enemy attacks claimed the lives of two civilians. On February 12, the invaders attacked a civilian car with a drone in the Korabelny district of Kherson, injuring a 24-year-old man. He sustained explosive and craniocerebral injuries, concussion and a shrapnel wound to his arm.

In the first month of 2025, more than twelve thousand enemy shells "flew" to the Kherson region. January 2025 was a tragic month for Kherson, as the city lost 16 of its residents.
