Russian Drone Attack Injures Paramedics in Kherson Amid Ongoing Strikes

In Kherson, a Russian drone attacked a car of an emergency medical team that was rushing to a call

As reported by the Kherson Regional Medical Association, the car caught fire as a result of the attack.

"A 59-year-old paramedic and a 56-year-old ambulance driver were diagnosed with explosive and closed head injuries, as well as contusions. The victims are under medical supervision," the statement said.

Over the past day, Russian troops fired and carried out air strikes on a number of settlements, including Antonivka, Prydniprovske, Stanislav, Sadove, Nadezhdivka, Zelenivka, Poniativka, Naddnipryanske, Molodizhne, Inzhenerne, Ingulets, Komyshany, Beryslav, Novooleksandrivka, Tyahynka, Novoraysk, Dudchany, Lvov, Monastyrske, Chervonyi Mayak, Kachkarivka, Mylove, Havrylivka, Burgunka, Velytenske, Vesele, Zmiivka, Ivanivka, Mykolaivka, Novoberislav, Olgivka, Osokorivka, Tokarivka, Tomina Balka, Shyroka Balka, Zolota Balka and Kherson.

The enemy targeted critical facilities, social infrastructure and residential areas. The attacks damaged two high-rise buildings and 12 private houses. An outbuilding, a garage and several private cars were also destroyed.

One person was killed and two others were wounded in the Russian shelling.

Earlier, Russian troops shelled civilian infrastructure in Kherson and Beryslav districts, injuring 12 people, including three police officers.

In the village of Mylove, Beryslav district, a drone droppeda bomb, scattering dangerous anti-personnel mines of the "Petal" type on the territory.

On the night of February 20, Kherson was shaken by a powerful explosion - a Russian guided aerial bomb hit a ten-story building. The strike completely destroyed 15 apartments in the building - from the first to the tenth floor. Windows in 80 other apartments were smashed.
