Russian Attacks on Kherson: Casualties and Damage Reported

Yesterday, February 4, Russian troops once again attacked the Kherson region using aircraft, artillery and drones. One person was killed and eight others were injured as a result of the Russian aggression.

According to Oleksandr Prokudin, the head of the Kherson Regional Military Administration, dozens of settlements came under fire, including Stanislav, Beryslav, Mylove, Tyahyntsi, Antonivka, Bilozerka, Komyshany, Kherson and others.

The occupiers hit residential areas and social infrastructure. The attacks damaged at least 10 private houses, a gas station, outbuildings and civilian vehicles.

According to the Kherson Prosecutor's Office, a 71-year-old man died in the village of Mylove due to artillery shelling.

In Stanislav, an enemy drone attacked a 71-year-old woman who was hospitalized.

Prosecutors opened criminal proceedings over war crimes (Part 1, Part 2 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).

Early in the morning, on February 5, the Russian army attacked Kherson with a drone. Four people were injured in the attack, said Roman Mrochko, head of the Kherson MVA.

The first explosions occurred around 5:30. Two Kherson residents, 31-year-old and 42-year-old men, were hit. They received mine-blast injuries and shrapnel wounds. The older man was diagnosed with an open fracture of the tibia. Both were hospitalized, and doctors are providing them with the necessary assistance.

Later it became known about another victim - a 36-year-old man. He also has a mine-blast injury, shrapnel wounds and fractures.

Later, the number of victims increased to four. A 47-year-old resident of Kherson was taken to the hospital with similar injuries.

On February 3, in the morning, an employee of the City Road Department died in the hospital. Also in the afternoon, Russians attacked an ambulancethat was responding to a call in Naddnipryanske with a drone.
