Russian attack on Kherson region: damaged houses and wounded people

From July 16 to 17, 37 settlements in the region and the city of Kherson came under enemy drone terror and artillery fire. Three people were injured as a result of Russian aggression.

According to Oleksandr Prokudin, the head of the Kherson Regional Military Administration, the Russian military hit critical and social infrastructure; residential areas of the region's settlements, in particular, damaged 10 private houses. The occupiers also vandalized private cars.

Antonivka, Berehove, Beryslav, Bilozerka, Burgunka, Vesele, Veletynske, Dariivka, Zmiivka, Ivanivka, Kizomys, Kozatske, Komyshany, Lvov, Mykilske, Mykolayivka, Mylove, Mykhailivka, Novooleksandrivka were under Russian attack, Novotyanka, Novodmitrivka, Novovorontsovka, Oleksandrivka, Olgivka, Osokorivka, Odradokamyanka, Prydniprovske, Sablukivka, Sadove, Stanislav, Sofiyivka, Tokarivka, Tomyna Balka, Tyahyntsi, Ukrainka, Chornobaivka, Shyroka Balka and the city of Kherson were under Russian attack.

At approximately 18:30 on July 16, Russian occupation forces attacked Kherson residents in Dniprovskyi district with a drone. A 35-year-old woman and a 31-year-old man were injured. They sustained mine-blast injuries and shrapnel wounds. Another resident of Kherson was hit by a Russian drone. A 46-year-old man was injured when explosives were dropped from the drone. He sustained explosive and craniocerebral injuries, contusion, and shrapnel wounds to his face, chest, back, and shoulder.

At about 6:20 a.m. on July 17, Russian occupants attacked a man with a drone in the Dniprovsky district of Kherson. The 53-year-old Kherson resident sustained an explosive injury, shrapnel wounds to his leg, forearm and neck. In addition, the Russian army attacked Dudchany and Bilozerka with UAVs. A residential building was hit - the roof and facade were damaged, and windows and doors were smashed. A 36-year-old man who was in the yard of the house also came under enemy fire. He sustained blast trauma, contusion, concussion, and shrapnel wounds to his arm.
