The occupiers attacked the Kherson region with drones, artillery and aircraft - dozens of settlements were hit. Residential buildings and infrastructure facilities were damaged, and people were injured.

This was reported by Oleksandr Prokudin, the head of the Kherson Military District Administration.

From June 5 to June 6, 2025, the Russian army continued to terrorize the Kherson region. Dozens of settlements were under enemy fire, including Beryslav, Bilozerka, Antonivka, Dariivka, Chervonyi Mayak, Stanislav, Zolota Balka, Osokorivka, Novovorontsovka, Tyahynka, Olhivka, and the regional center - the city of Kherson.

The occupants attacked both residential areas and civilian infrastructure. At least 10 apartment buildings and 14 private houses were damaged. The shelling also damaged a post office, a gas pipeline, a grain elevator and several cars.

According to preliminary data, 10 civilians were injured in the attacks.

On June 5, Russian aircraft attacked the center of Kherson again. The building of the Kherson regional administration was completely destroyed by KAB bombs. In 15 minutes, four bombs hit the city, damaging the entrance of a high-rise building, breaking windows and damaging the facades of nearby buildings.

In total, from June 4 to 5, residential neighborhoods came under fire, damaging two high-rise buildings, about 20 private homes, a garage, and several cars. Two people were killed and ten others were injured. On the eve of the attack, three apartment buildings, ten private houses, gas networks and an ambulance station were destroyed. Eight more civilians were injured.

Since the beginning of 2025, the Russians have carried out more than 2,500 attacks on the Kherson city territorial community. For comparison, in 2024 there were almost three times as many attacks - about eight thousand.
