Over the past 24 hours, Russians attacked Kherson region, shelling dozens of settlements and striking critical infrastructure. The shelling damaged residential buildings, cars, and left one person dead.

Over the past day, Beryslav, Novoberislav, Mykilske, Bilozerka, Sofiyivka, Shyroka Balka, Stanislav, Zolota Balka, Novooleksandrivka, Dudchany, Tyahynyka, Burgunka, Lvov, Virivka, Mykolayivka, Chornobaivka, and Zolotaya Balka came under enemy fire and air strikes, Antonivka, Prydniprovske, Sadove, Nadezhdivka, Komyshany, Romashkove, Blahovishchenske, Oleksandrivka, Vesele, Dniprovske, Zmiivka, Kachkarivka, Kizomys, Kozatske, Mykhailivka, Monastyrske, Naddnipryanske, Osokorivka, Poniativka, Tokarivka, Shlyakhove, and Kherson.
Enemy troops struck at critical infrastructure and residential areas of the region's settlements. The attacks damaged two high-rise buildings, ten private houses and several cars.
One person died as a result of the Russian aggression. It also became known about the death of a resident of Zmiivka as a result of Russian shelling last week, when the occupiers attacked the village with mortar fire. A 52-year-old man sustained fatal injuries.
On April 1, the Armed Forces of Ukraine attacked the command post of Russian troops near the temporarily occupied Oleshky in Kherson region. A Ukrainian MiG-29 fighter jet used two GBU-62 JDAM-ER precision-guided bombs to hit the facility near the village of Nechaeve. The results of the attack have not yet been disclosed, but it is known that it was successful.
The day before, on March 30-31, the Russian occupiers massively shelled residential areas, destroying a multi-storey building, 12 private houses and an agricultural enterprise. As a result of the attacks, 11 civilians were injured.
A day earlier, the Russians shelled more than 30 settlements in Kherson region, hitting residential buildings and social infrastructure. Four civilians were injured as a result of the attacks.
Kherson and frontline settlements continue to suffer from constant shelling, and since the beginning of 2024, Russians have launched dozens of missiles, drones, and bombs, causing large-scale destruction, including the undermining of the Kakhovka Dam. Despite this, about 25% of residents remain in the city, supporting each other.
