The "head" of Vasylivka occupation administration will be tried in Kherson region
This was reported by the press service of the Kherson Regional Prosecutor's Office.
The post says that under the procedural guidance of the Kherson Regional and Kakhovka District Prosecutor's Offices, an indictment against a resident of the region on the fact of collaboration (Part 5 of Article 111-1 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine) was sent to court.
The investigation established that in September 2022, the accused cooperated with the occupiers and agreed to become the head of the so-called "Vasylivka Territorial Administration of the Kakhovka Municipal District". In her pseudo-position, she recruited staff to work in the illegal authority. She facilitated the Russian passportization of the local population. The suspect provided housing for the occupiers in the settlement, and also took control of the passage of vehicles through checkpoints in the community. She performed other functions and tasks that contributed to the establishment of the occupation regime.
The special pre-trial investigation was carried out by investigators of the Security Service of Ukraine in Kherson region.
Earlier it was reported that the SBU had served three more residents of Kherson region with a notice of suspicion of collaboration. First of all, we are talking about two local deputies. One of them - from Skadovsk city council - voluntarily took the position of the so-called "deputy" of the local governor. The other is from the Kalanchak village council of Skadovsk district, and also became a pseudo-deputy of the local occupation head. According to the investigation, in their "positions", the enemy accomplices actively supported the enemy's actions and the occupation regime. The third enemy accomplice voluntarily joined the enemy authorities and headed the occupation administration in the village of Ingulets, Bilozerska village community of the region.
