The project also involves the installation of a cement screed, laying ceramic tiles, installing skirting boards, plasterboard false walls, suspended ceilings, and frames.

The works will include finishing walls with gypsum mixtures, painting with water-based paints, filling cracks, and installing metal-plastic windows and doors. Electrical wiring, LED lights, sockets, switches and ventilation systems will be installed. Separate works include the installation of plumbing, waterproofing, tiling, and decorative elements. The project includes 174 items in total.

Earlier, the State Bureau of Investigation in Mykolaiv announced a tender to find a contractor to provide public safety and law enforcement services.
