President Zelensky approves resignation of Serhiy Prykhodko as

President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy has dismissed Serhiy Prykhodko from the post of head of the Rozdilnyansky District State Administration in Odesa Oblast.

The corresponding order was published by the press service of the President's Office.

According to the document, Serhiy Prykhodko submitted a letter of resignation and the President supported it.

Serhiy Prykhodko had held this position since February 17, 2021, when the President first dismissed him and then reappointed him with two orders on the same day.

This was the second time in a year that Volodymyr Zelenskyy appointed Serhiy Prykhodko to this position. The first time was in January 2020.

Prior to that, the newly appointed manager worked for seven years as the chief technical officer of Khlibna Havan Terminal LLC in Rozdilna. His work history also includes senior positions at other agricultural enterprises in the district.

Serhii Prykhodko has two degrees: one in food production equipment, with a degree in mechanical engineering; and the other in project management, with a degree in project and program management.

He was a deputy of the Rozdilnyanskyi District Council of the VII convocation.

He heads other district administrations:

In July 2023, the then newly appointed head of the Odesa Regional Military Administration, Oleh Kiper , proposed to the president that he dismiss the head of the Odesa District State Administration, Yurii Kruk, and said that he was studying the work of other heads of district administrations. Subsequently, Yuriy Kruk was replaced by Oleksandr Hrynchak, and the other heads of district administrations remained in place.
