After the full-scale invasion, the parents of Dmytro Tishko, a judge of the Kyiv District Court of Odesa, deposited millions of rubles in accounts with Russian banks operating in the occupied Crimea and subject to international sanctions.

This information was disseminated by journalists of the Slidstvo.Info publication.

From Russian databases, journalists learned that in 2021, the parents of the judge, the Tishko spouses, had 2.6 million rubles in Russian banks, about 1 million hryvnias at the exchange rate at the time. In 2022, the amount increased to 7.3 million rubles, or 3.6 million hryvnias. In 2023, there were 5.8 million rubles (more than 2.5 million hryvnias) in the accounts, and in 2024, another 5 million rubles (2.1 million hryvnias).

The information about the million-dollar savings obtained by the journalists is relevant as of the beginning of 2025. The journalists were unable to contact the Tishkos and ask them what amounts are currently stored in Russian banks and whether they are still there.

At the same time, as the journalists noted, the official income of the judge's parents does not correspond to the revealed amounts of savings. According to Russian databases, after the annexation of Crimea, the judge's father, Anatoliy Tishko, worked as a section chief in the transport department of the utility company ZhilservisKerch and received a salary from the company controlled by the occupation authorities.

According to the Russian tax authorities, over the past few years, his monthly salary could have been about 30 thousand hryvnias (in rubles). The judge's mother is a pensioner who used to work as a janitor.

Prior to his transfer to Odesa, the judge worked in the Central District Court of Mykolaiv, where he released a suspected high treason offender under house arrest, who escaped and joined Russian militants.

Already in Odesa, the judge distinguished himself by refusing to hand over to the Asset Recovery and Management Agency real estate owned by Mikhail Dmitriev, a Russian general, advisor to the Russian Defense Minister and member of the board of directors of the Tactical Rocketry industrial company. The judge seized the property, but ARMA handed it over only after the media and the public drew attention to it and became outraged.
