A manager for the arrested apartment of a Russian general in Odesa is being sought

The Asset Recovery and Management Agency (ARMA) is holding an open tender on the Prozorro platform to select a manager for an apartment in Odesa owned by the family of a Russian general.

This was reported by the ARMA press service.

The property was seized in the framework of criminal proceedings and transferred to the management of the ARMA by the decision of the investigating judge of the Kyiv District Court of Odesa.

The apartment with an area of 1,12.6 square meters is located in a business class building near the sea coast. The apartment is renovated and furnished, ready to move in and live in. Companies that meet the qualification requirements (except for asset owners and representatives of the aggressor state) are invited to participate.

The person in question is Mikhail Dmitriev, an advisor to the Russian Defense Minister and a member of the board of directors of the Tactical Missile Arms industrial company. In September, the Prosecutor's Office transferred to the ARMA the seized luxury real estate on the coast of Odesa, which was attempted to be sold through an intermediary for USD 1.5 million.

The official, who actively supports Russia's aggressive policy towards Ukraine, previously served as Deputy Minister of Defense and Chairman of the Committee on Military-Technical Cooperation. Currently, he is a member of the board of directors of the defense corporation and a state adviser to the russian Ministry of defense.

In December 2023, the Ukrainian authorities added him to the sanctions list for his involvement in supporting Russia's armed aggression against Ukraine. As part of these sanctions, all of his assets in Ukraine were blocked, his ability to conduct trade operations was restricted, and the transfer of intellectual property rights was prohibited.

Earlier, the apartment of Russian oligarch Mikhail Shelkov and Ukrainian collaborator Volodymyr Saldo in Odesa was sold in the system "Prozorro. Sale for almost UAH 7 million.

In particular, Mikhail Shelkov 's four-room apartment of 175.5 square meters went under the hammer for UAH 4 million. Two bidders took part in the auction. Nine people competed for Vladimir Saldo 's apartment. The winning bid was 2.9 million hryvnias. Once paid by the winners, the money will go to the Fund for the Elimination of the Consequences of Armed Aggression of the Russian Federation.
